TrustMark - Government endorsed standards helps householders find reliable and trustworthy tradesmen to carry out repairs and improvements to their homes. It is a Government backed initiative that is supported by the building industry and consumer protection organisations.

What does it mean?

• Our technical skills have been independently checked through regular on-site inspections, as have our trading records and financial position
• We have signed up to a code of practice that includes insurance, good health and safety practices and customer care
• We have checked and continue to monitor our quality of work, trading practices and customer satisfaction
• We will tell you about any building regulations you must meet and may be able to provide you with the certificates you need
• In the unlikely event that you should have a problem or disagreement with our work, there is a clear and user friendly complaints procedure to help resolve the problem
• Under normal circumstances we offer a 12 month warranty on all our works, should this not apply for any reason we can offer you the option to buy a warranty.
